BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS
If you are driven by success, want an opportunity to be your own boss working as an experienced Business Development Manager then you might be just what we are looking for. Do you have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and able to hit the ground running? If so then we have an exciting opportunity for Business Development Managers to join our team. We're looking self-managed and self-motivated strong sale professionals to drive and develop business growth by the promotion and sales of our services to SME clients. Experience of selling HR related services would be an advantage but is not essential. If you have what it takes to meet the challenge, then we want to hear from you. About you: Strong Sales/business development knowledge and experience Strong communication and listening skills Ability to sell on a face to face and telephone basis Excellent influencing and negotiation skills Able to work autonomously and without direction Target driven and hungry for success Able to hit the ground running Positive can do, attitude Hardworking, integrity and honesty Willing to take responsibility and accountability Solutions driven and good organisational skills Good understanding and application of team work Able to work on your own without direction |
